Rachel (designer) was/is a delight and when the design had to change, due to an unexpected supporting pillar, the new design was soon processed. Solid oak kitchen for the same price as MDF

"I had envisaged a black kitchen with oak accents and didn’t want imitation MDF oak. Thankfully we visited the Bay of Plenty Homeshow in 2019 and came across the BespOak stand. I knew I had finally found the team who could produce the look I wanted. Better still we could have a solid oak kitchen for the same price as MDF.  We also took full advantage of their Homeshow special that year -a free Belling CookCentre! A beautiful oven in looks and function. From design to installation Chris and the team were very hands-on and went out of their way to make our vision a reality. Every detail was listened to. One example, I sent an image of a set of hooks I liked and found a complimentary duplicate set left by my front door!  This new kitchen was also part of a bigger renovation and BespOak worked in with our builders to deliver the kitchen on schedule. We couldn’t be happier with the results and we are certainly reaping the full benefits of every detail during this lockdown time as we cook breakfast, lunch and tea from scratch! "On my first visit to your showroom, Russell was very knowledgeable with all the kitchen components and offered advice on cabinets and the best placement for them.  Rachel fitted in with my work schedule for measuring and quoting-she did this throughout the renovation.  Chris is brilliant at finding ways to deal with any arising problems and getting all the HEAVY cabinetry up the stairs, and taking away all the packaging.  Stephanie was always very helpful with any questions on the phone. Now that my Impressive BespOak kitchen is complete I am Very Happy with it. Thanks to all the crew for their excellent customer service and advice throughout the renovation. Very solid and very well made

"I really love all the kitchen units and I believe that all the items on the snagging list were dealt with promptly professionally and properly and that's really important because on a project this size there are always going to be snags so it's great to know they will be sorted to your satisfaction. The kitchen is practical and beautiful.  I love the large sink, the beautiful oak corner shelves and the efficient pantry.  The Juno Insinkerator multitap is brilliant, I haven't boiled a jug since it was fitted.  I definitely recommend keeping to light colours for walls and benchtops.  The black benchtop shows every single wipe mark, I am constantly having to wipe it over. The fitting of the units was really easy as all the units are delivered already made up.  They are very solid and very well made which made fixing easy."

The yellow kitchen just had to go!

"After purchasing our dream home, a 1930s weatherboard, we have been slowly renovating it over the years and finally decided the yellow kitchen just had to go.  After visiting the Tauranga Home Show and seeing the BespOak Kitchen stand we knew instantly that was the kitchen for us.  It had everything we wanted in a kitchen, character, beautiful solid oak timber units which could be painted and with a modern touch of having soft close drawers. We visited the BespOak showroom more than once to view the kitchens on display and we were always warmly welcomed by Russell.  Nothing was ever an issue; a decision was required on what to do with our wooden floorboards and Chris arranged for Russell to drop off a unit to us so we could see how the Oak would look against the floors.  I found the tap I loved, and Chris went to work sourcing it, he found the last one in the country thankfully as the wait would have been over six weeks if we had to order one.  Chris arranged the installer who had the right skills required to fit the kitchen into an old house with uneven floors, the workmanship and finish is amazing. Chris was brilliant to deal with; he understood our vision and what we were trying to achieve, and we so appreciated his patience as we decided on which way to go with our kitchen. Instead of having a dining table in the kitchen area we went with a separate large island, best decision ever, it is our gathering point, it gives us extra storage and workspace and the flow all around the kitchen area is fantastic.  We are just so glad we went with BespOak Kitchens as we now have a kitchen that is the perfect design for our house and ourselves and at a price that we could afford, all thanks to Chris and the team at BespOak Kitchens."
